| Two Intermediate's through to Leinster Matchplay finals | ||||

| Lucan will have two finalists in the Gents Intermediate Leinster Strokeplay Chanpionships in Glenville in a few weeks time after both Dave Hayden II and Noel Ryan claimed victories on the final night of qualifying in Guinness. Dave held off a late fightback from home player Robert Maxwell, while a sublime performance from Noel seen him cruise past Glenville's Jimmy Keddy who had earlier ended the hopes of John Kenny.
