| For those new to the game Lucan is equipped with fully qualified coaches, including multiple National Strokeplay Champion, Anthony Malone, these coaches can meet with members on request or members are free to drop in at the special designated times. | |

 | Terry Cassidy Terry is the most experienced coach in Lucan and has been playing in Lucan off a Senior handicap since the 1960s. Terry is a big supporter of both the Ladies and Underage game and has helped many a player reduce their scores. |
 | Ted Flynn Ted was the 2016 Lucan Gents Captain and one of the friendliest faces in the club. While Ted may be best known for his repertoire of side-splitting jokes, his advice will ensure that nobody is laughing when it comes to the quality of your game. |
 | Noel Leonard As well as holding the role of Lucan President, Noel spearheads Lucan's coaching programme. The affable Noel is a regular fixture in the club and is always willing to pass on any advice to improve any players game. |
 | Anthony Malone Dublin County Board Chairman Anthony Malone, better known as Skinner, is Lucan's most decorated coach having claimed the National Strokeplay Championship in 1989 & 1991 along with a multitude of Dublin Championships. Skinner knows the game inside out and a few minutes of his expertise is worth its weight in gold. |
 | Michael O'Gorman Former Club President, Gents Captain and Dublin Board Treasurer, Michael has a wealth of knowledge with regards both the Lucan club along with the rules and protocol of Pitch and Putt. Not only will his advice knock a few shots off your score, but you'll get the added bonus of picking up some helpful tips with regard to course etiquette. |
