| A message was passed on to me from grounds/greens team. The amount of unrepaired pitch marks over the last few weeks has been unacceptable. It is the duty of all members to fix pitch marks on the greens even if you did not hit the green. The amount of work that goes in to looking after our course and having it at a championship level takes all members. We all need to work together and with the grounds staff to keep our course at such a high level. During play every member should be carrying a pitchmark repairer. If anyone is unsure about how to correctly fix a pitch mark please ask a playing partner or approach someone after rounds have been completed. Gary Ryan Comp Sec | ||||
