| Temporary Closure of Clubhouse Please note that the rewiring of our clubhouse is to commence on Monday 3rd November and to be completed on Tuesday 11th November inclusive. For health and safety reasons we are required to close our clubhouse for the above period of time. We apologise for any inconvenience that this temporary closure may cause. As you are aware our AGM is to take place on Thursday 13th November and we would ask members who wish to go forward for committee or wish to submit motions for the A.G.M.to do so before Monday 3rd. The yearend accounts are normally behind the bar seven days prior to our AGM but this year because the clubhouse is closed we are asking that if any member wishes to see the year end accounts as is their right - please contact the secretary who will arrange same. Our end of year presentation for Player of the Year which was to be Saturday 8th November is now Saturday 15th November. Thank you for your understanding during this rewiring process but the end result will be to the benefit of us all. The committee | ||||
