Competition Secretary Message

This weekend coming is the biggest weekend of the year we have our captains prize for Gents Captain Dermot and Lady Captain Ann. This will be a 36 hole Strokeplay Nett.

I just wanted to let everyone know again that PPI dress code will be in operation and any player who does not attend in proper attire will be asked to change.

Just an FYI the drains/shores on hole 9 and hole 10 are now being classified as sprinklers under rule 4.5 of PPI rulebook. If you land on the drain place a tee on the position on the drain your ball lay, you can then lift and place to nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole, where drain does not affect the through swing for no penalty.

If any member has questions regarding rulings please finish out your rounds and approach the person on duty in committee room on the day. Please do not approach committee members on course as they are also competing on the day.
