This week we heard the sad news of the passing of our member James O'Callaghan. James was a quiet spoken and very well read gentleman who enjoyed nothing better than to cycle his bicycle to the Club on a Saturday afternoon to play in the competition. Following his game he would then retire to the bar to have a discussion with the bar person on duty about the week just passed and life in general.
We extend our deepest sympathies to James's brother Richard, his sister Sheila and the extended family. |  |
