| Lucan Pitch & Putt 18 Nett Gents class 1- Damian Creevey 47 Gents class 2- Gerry Ward 44 Gents class 3-Eddie Mcrory 41 Ladies Class 1 - Kathleen Croke 48 Ladies Class 2- Trish Anderson 44 Tee boxes Tee boxes are due for sponsorship and the cost to be on the tee boxes is €5 pp if you can contact Gary Ryan or Jay Condron who will be collecting the money or leave money behind bar in envelope addressed to Gary or Jay Summer Leagues Team entries are now being taken for the start of the Summer Leagues 2016. This year, the entry fee will be €20 per team, must be at least one lady per team, and €1 for every round played thereafter. Commencement date will be the week starting 2nd of August right up to the final on the 25th of September!! The group stages will be your best 5 cards Nett, and will switch to Matchplay from the quarter finals onwards, with handicaps included. A comprehensive list of rules will be on the notice board shortly so please get your teams in and support this competition Dublin StrokePlay Finals Well done to all of the Lucan players that did well this weekend in Portmarnock in the Dublin Strokeplays. In the ladies well done to Evelyn O'Gorman who finished runner-up in the inter grade and Linda Thomson who finished 3rd in the senior grade. In the gents congratulations to Chris Gallagher who finished 3rd in the senior grade, to Tony McDonnell who finished 2nd in the junior grade and to Dave Hayden II who was 2nd in the inter grade. Well done all. Lucan Open Change The Lucan Open Week, which was due to run from Monday 25th - 29th of July, has gladly been extended to run up until Saturday the 30th of July for the Scotch Foursomes, with last card on Saturday at 5pm. Obviously this is very short notice so we are relying on our own members to spread the word and hopefully have a good turnout for Saturday. Chase the Joker The Pot is still growing for the Friday Nights Chase the Joker is over the 1000 mark and would be a nice start to the summer. Also Darts Competition and pool.
